What are your shipping times?

Shipping times vary based on the type of product you purchase:

  • Products you “add to cart” on our Paws For Humanity website are usually shipped within two (2) business days.
  • T-shirts, hats and other apparel purchased directly on our Paws For Humanity website are all printed when the order is placed. Because of this it can take up to two (2) weeks to receive your order.
  • For products purchases on websites other than our site, meaning you clicked through to a 3rd-party website, shipping times are based on their commitments to you. We have no control over their shipping policies; however, we only showcase products from reputable websites.

Are any of your products made in China?

We are doing our very best to source all of our Paws for Humanity branded products inside the United States. But when it makes sense, we’ll look overseas. Our utmost goal is to bring you high-quality products. We believe that people are willing to pay a bit more to have them made here, in our country. Feel free to let us know what you think. What if I don’t like the product I purchased from you?

Return it. No questions asked. We only want happy, satisfied customers. If for any reason you aren’t happy, please contact us and we’ll do everything in our power to make it right. You can reach us at CustomerLove@PawsForHumanity.com.

If the product you purchased wasn’t a Paws for Humanity product, but one you purchased on a third-party site, like Amazon, you should contact the company you purchased the item from.

Do you take returns?

Yes. We work hard to bring you high-quality products, but if you aren’t happy with your Paws for Humanity product, we’ll take it back for a full refund. All the details covering returns can be found here.
