Here at Paws For Humanity we offer our own branded products and super awesome products by other companies that we curate and list on our website.

When you purchase a Paws For Humanity branded product, our shipping and returns policies outlined below apply. When you purchase a curated product you are leaving our site and completing the purchase on a 3rd-party website, such as Amazon, Etsy or somewhere else. In those situations, the shipping and return policies will be governed by the company with whom you are completing the purchase transaction.


Paws For Humanity Branded Items General Shipping

Shipping times for our branded products are stated in the Product Description section of our listing pages.

Generally, most orders placed with us will be sent out within two business days. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order may take longer to ship. If this happens, we will give you status updates.

As soon as we have a tracking number created, we enter it in the system; you receive an email with that information so you can track your package. We ship most orders via USPS although we reserve the right to use any carrier.

Print-on-Demand Products

Some of our products are printed-on-demand (like T-shirts for example), which means that we don’t carry the item in stock. These orders take longer to fulfill because we use a 3rd-party printer and each item is printed only when an order comes in.

The standard shipping time for print-on-demand products can be found in the Product Description section on the product listing.

Shipping Times on Mixed Orders

If you order multiple products in a single transaction on our site, your order may go out in two separate shipments. This can happen when one order includes a product we fulfill in house and a print-on-demand product (like a T-shirt).

Shipments To Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and US Territories

We are happy to ship to these areas but unfortunately additional shipping may be charged. To see the cost to ship to one of these areas, add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process. Costs are determined by your exact location. 

International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


Damaged or Defective Paws For Humanity Branded Products

Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are super picky when it comes to the products we carry, so we rarely have problems with product quality and get very few returns. But sometimes something gets through our quality-control process so if your item is damaged or defective in some way, don’t worry, we’ll take care of you.

Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives and let us know of issues; we’ll refund or exchange the item upon return, no questions asked.

While we hope you will be happy with our products, there are times when customers decide to return a purchase. Below are our guidelines for returns.

We will happily accept a return request within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the guidelines below:

  • Return the product in new condition in it’s original packaging. Postage for return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Include a reason for return (not required but it helps us improve)
  • Within two-business days of receiving the return, we’ll refund your purchase amount to the payment method used for purchase.

Orders of Paws For Humanity Branded Products Placed on 3rd Party Selling Platforms

Some of our products are only sold on 3rd party selling platforms, like Amazon.com. Some of the signs we sell, like this one, are a good example. We may also recommend products that are not our branded products but are relevant for our community.

In both of these cases, the items purchased are shipped by a 3rd party. All shipping fees and times are controlled by that 3rd party.


Damaged or Defective Products Purchased on 3rd-Party Sites

When you purchase a product via a link to a 3rd-party site (like Amazon.com, Etsy.com, InTheCompanyOfDogs.com, etc.) we have no control over their return policies. If you decide you’d like to return a product purchased via these links, please refer to the return policies for that specific website.

If we’ve recommended a product on a 3rd-party site and you were disappointed in your purchase, feel free to email us at CustomerLove@PawsForHumanity.com to let us know why you are not happy. While we have no ability to help you with the return, we do care if people are not happy with something we’re recommending and may exclude certain products based on reader feedback.
