Here at Paws For Humanity we offer our own branded products that depict our original, copyrighted artwork. When you purchase a Paws For Humanity branded product, our shipping and returns policies outlined below apply.
Paws For Humanity Branded Items General Shipping
Shipping times for our branded products are stated in the Product Description section of our listing pages.
Generally, most orders placed with us will be sent out within two business days. Occasionally, due to unforeseen circumstances, an order may take longer to ship. If this happens, we will give you status updates.
As soon as we have a tracking number created, we enter it in the system; you receive an email with that information so you can track your package. We ship most orders via USPS although we reserve the right to use any carrier.
Shipments To Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories
We are happy to ship to these areas but unfortunately additional shipping may be charged. To see the cost to ship to one of these areas, add a product to your cart and go through the checkout process. Costs are determined by your exact location.
Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Damaged or Defective Paws For Humanity Branded Products
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We are super picky when it comes to the products we carry, so we rarely have problems with product quality and get very few returns. But sometimes something gets through our quality-control process so if your item is damaged or defective in some way, don’t worry, we’ll take care of you.
Please inspect your item as soon as it arrives and let us know of issues; we’ll refund or exchange the item upon return, no questions asked.
Returns of Paws For Humanity Branded Products
While we hope you will be happy with our products, there are times when customers decide to return a purchase. Below are our guidelines for returns.
We will happily accept a return request within 30 days of purchase. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Contact us at CustomerLove@PawsForHumanity.com to receive authorization for the return; we’ll give you a return shipping address at that time.
- Return the product in new condition in its original packaging. Postage for return shipping is the customer’s responsibility (exceptions may apply).
- Include a reason for return (not required but it helps us improve)
- Within two-business days of receiving the return, we’ll refund your purchase amount to the payment method used for purchase.
